Pork
We will (baring any unforseen circumstances) have four pigs ready to be slaughtered in may. They are being raised on organic feed. In fact, a picture of them is up on the homepage!
The organ meats and heads are already claimed. Due to high demand, most of the meat will be made into sausage. This delicious sausage is made with all organic spices and Andean spring salt. Its mild flavor makes it a versatile ingredient in dishes with classic Italian, Mexican, and Chinese dishes with just a few additional spices. It is also wonderful cooked up and served with eggs for a simple country breakfast.
